By purchasing pixels or blocks of pixels ("Pixel Blocks"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to users who have made purchases, or by prominent notice on the website. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for any changes.

2. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase Pixel Blocks. By using this service, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

No Affiliation Disclaimer: No Kings Wall is an independent platform with no affiliation to any government, campaign, political party, or commercial entity.

3. License Grant

Purchasing a Pixel Block grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to display content (image, text, or link) on our homepage. No ownership rights are transferred. We reserve the right to revoke your license and remove content at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms, inappropriate content, or legal reasons, without prior notice or refund.

4. Content Submission & Moderation

Accessibility Compliance: Alt text for generic images will adhere to ADA accessibility standards (e.g., descriptive text for screen readers).

Prohibited Content: Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, harassment, incitement to violence, nudity, discrimination, or materials violating copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law, at our sole discretion and without refund.

Content Standards: Content must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. Content that violates our moderation standards, applicable laws, or infringes on third-party rights will be removed at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you upload. By submitting content, you grant us the necessary rights to display, distribute, and archive your pixel block as part of our service, globally and across all media formats for the duration of the display period.

Your License: Purchasing pixel blocks provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to display your content for the duration specified in these Terms. This does not transfer ownership of the pixel space itself, which remains our property.

Your Responsibilities: You must have the legal right to use any content you upload. All trademarks and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property is prohibited.

DMCA Compliance: To report copyright infringement, contact us via our Contact page with details of the alleged violation, including identification of the infringing material and your contact information.

7. Privacy

Your use of this site is governed by our Privacy Policy (Section 15 below). By submitting content, you consent to the public display of your provided data (e.g., alt text or links).

8. Content Removal by User

You may request removal of your content at any time via our Contact page. Removed content will be replaced with a generic placeholder image, and the vacated pixel blocks may be resold to other users. Removal requests do not automatically guarantee refunds - please see Section 9 (Refund Policy) for eligibility criteria.

9. Refund Policy

General Policy: All sales are final once content is published. We comply with applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be issued in cases of technical errors on our part, duplicate payments, or as otherwise required by applicable law. To request a refund, contact us via our Contact page with supporting documentation within 30 days of purchase.

Processing Fees: Where permitted by applicable law, processing fees charged by third-party payment gateways may be deducted from refunds.

Due to the digital and permanent nature of Pixel Blocks, please review your purchase carefully before completing checkout.

10. Technical Requirements

• Images: ≤1200x1200px, ≤1MB, static (no GIF animations), accepted formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG, WEBP
• Links: Must begin with http:// or https://, limited to 280 characters
• Text/Message: Limited to 280 characters

Review Process: Content not meeting these technical specifications will be reviewed and may be rejected. If rejection is due to a technical error on our part, refunds may be available as per our Refund Policy (Section 9). Alt text for images adheres to ADA accessibility standards.

11. Force Majeure & Site Availability

Force Majeure: Liability for service interruptions is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We strive to maintain consistent uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The site may experience downtime due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Hosting provider outages, cyberattacks, or technical failures
• Government restrictions, censorship, or legal actions
• Natural disasters, pandemics, war, or other emergencies

Display Duration: Your pixel blocks will remain online for a minimum of 10 years from your purchase date, subject to operational feasibility and the terms outlined herein. Extended downtime due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in an extension of your display period.

Service Provision: The service is provided "as is" without warranties of continuous availability. We disclaim liability for early termination due to financial insolvency, legal prohibitions, or force majeure events.

12. Disclaimers & Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The site is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted service.
• We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your pixel blocks.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: To the extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction, disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Rules. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

Jurisdiction-Specific Rights: If mandatory arbitration is prohibited by law in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, or certain U.S. states), or if you are a consumer with mandatory legal protections under local law, the following applies: disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction where you reside, and you retain all rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

Class Action Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, you agree to bring claims only on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action. This waiver does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

14. Privacy Policy

14.1 Data Collected

• User-Provided Data: Email addresses, payment details (processed securely via third-party gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, or NOWPayments).
• Automated Data: IP addresses, browser type, and general usage analytics.

14.2 Use of Data

• To display user content and alt text
• To process payments and communications
• To comply with legal obligations

14.3 Data Storage

Emails linked to pixel content are stored for 7 years (for legal/tax purposes) unless removal is requested. Payment data is retained only as legally required.

14.4 Third-Party Sharing

We share payment data only with processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, NOWPayments). We do not sell or share personal data for marketing.

14.5 User Rights

• Request deletion of personal data (except where legally required)
• Opt-out of non-essential communications

14.6 COPPA Compliance

We do not collect information from users under 13 years of age. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.

14.7 Policy Updates

Changes will be posted here. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Miscellaneous

Pricing: Minimum purchase is $9.89 for a 10x10 pixel block. Maximum purchase is limited to remaining available space on the wall.

Publishing Timeline: Once payment clears, we will aim to publish your content within 24 hours. Delays may occur during periods of high demand.

Indemnification: To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from: (a) your uploaded content, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party rights. This does not apply to claims arising from our negligence or willful misconduct.

Termination Rights: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms, subject to applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our service.
